Yes. The online assessment for English, Maths and Science is an excellent resource to use to assess a learner at the start of their programme and to track progress. The Tutor Toolkit has a module dedicated to teaching and learning resources. Links to Functional Skills resources, videos and past papers are contained within the module. If specific resources are required, please speak to your Programme Lead. For general advice on resources, please contact an Education Advisor.

If you have a safeguarding concern, please complete a safeguarding concern form immediately and email it to safeguarding@fleeteducationservices.com. If the concern is urgent, please call the DSL for advice: 07464 673351.

The online assessment should be used for Maths, English and Science from KS1- KS4. Step–by–step guidance on completing initial assessments is provided in the Assessment for Learning module.

At each progress report stage, you will need to reassess the learner by selecting Assign Again and following the instructions. Full guidance is provided in the Assessment for Learning module.

Once the initial assessment has been set, click on Launch to see the questions. Once the assessment has been completed by your learner, you can view the answers by selecting Scores and following the instructions. Full guidance is provided in the Assessment for Learning module.

Once you have completed your report and made any amendments, scroll down to the bottom to Save the changes and then press Submit.  

ou cannot edit a report once it has been submitted. If you need to make any changes, contact your Tuition Consultant or Education Advisor who will be able to assist you.

A report will be rejected by an Education Adviser if the content does not meet the required standard as set out in the QA Standards and Expectations guidance. Press View History on the report to read a message from the Education Advisor who will provide further support and guidance if required.
