Profile:
An experienced tutor and qualified teacher, Jaesun has tutored for schools for some 13 years. Her experience at teaching both KS3 and GCSE maths helps her to tailor her tuition to fit each individual pupil, ensuring they have strong foundations on which to build success. Do You Have What It Takes To Be a Fleet Tutor?
To make a difference as a Fleet Education Services tutor, we look for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- QTS, prior teaching experience or minimum 6 months tutoring experience within the UK. If you do not hold QTS, then in addition to experience you will need a degree in a core curriculum subject.
- Experience working with learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) preferred.
- Flexibility to tutor during the week.
- A talent for captivating and motivating learners with strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrable consistency with learners and a commitment to their progression.
- Eligible to work and reside in the UK.
- Full enhanced DBS certificate for working with children which is also on the update service. If you don’t have these, we can assist you with the application process.
